We had a wonderful experience with Jet City Blinds! Scheduling was easy. Our design consultant Kathleen was very helpful and fun. She explained the process and gave us great suggestions on what type of blinds to get for our bank of front windows. Instead of one large blind, which is what we had before, she suggested three smaller blinds which look very nice and give us lots of options to control the light coming into the living room. We had been searching for blinds for several months and spent a lot of time debating whether we should have them professionally installed or take the DIY route. With so many windows and not enough time to tackle the project ourselves, we ultimately decided to go with Jet City Blinds through Costco, and we’re really glad we did.

The pricing from Jet City Blinds was very fair, and the Costco kickback was a great bonus that made the overall value even better. The entire experience was great. The service was professional, and the installer was knowledgeable, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Overall, the blinds turned out really nicely and have made a big difference in our home.

There is only one drawback: because of the structure of our windows, the roller shades could not be installed flush with the wall. This made it more difficult to layer curtains with the shades, which was something we had hoped to do. JetCity was great for my blinds installation, from appointment setup to installation. They were also able to get blinds for the skinniest accent windows (<1 ft wide), which was important to me as the windows face a well-trafficked road. customer service is exceptional, from initial communications through final installation, and even beyond.  We have used Jet City blinds twice, to install blinds throughout our home.  The products were high quality and the price fair.  Most impressive has been follow-up, with prompt response when we had a problem that required replacing two window treatments at no cost to us.  Highly recommended!
